Well that was… interesting.

The cynic in my wants to say “wow that raid sure was an idiot test” but really it was just as much a test of simple human reflexes, so that’s not entirely fair.
Note to devs, though: challenge is fun. requiring people to pay attention and react is fun. making it so you can’t win an event if 1 person out of 54 doesn’t react properly in a 9 second window… not so much with the fun.

Current recruitment needs!
1 well geared high AA warrior who is serious about stepping up and being part of a front line tank team in a high end raid guild
1 well geared high AA ranger
1 well geared high AA mage
bards, being like pixie sticks and slabs of pepperoni, can never have enough of.

as is the habit of my laziness i didn’t get any screen shots, but HFC has beaten the Beast’s Domain raid.

just rolling right along, we are!

1 nicely geared mage, a beastlord or two, open season on bards – that’s pretty much it for recruitment for us presently.

Sadly the front page feels like a ‘help wanted’ sign a lot of the time… oh well.

1 high play time enchanter
1 high play time magician
1 well geared high AA count shaman
1 well geared high AA count ranger
a whole freaking gaggle of bards

so, VoA’s first raid is down. well, that was easy…
think HFC was about 13th server-wide on this kill. For a 4 day a week very relaxed raid guild, i consider that not too shabby.

if you’re a bard or a beastlord or a wizard or a berzerker and want in on some of this sweet action, visit our forums and fill out an app – we still want more of those classes.

HFC is making with the recruitment!
Our pre-VoA launch recruitment drive is still in full force, and we really want to flesh out a few roles before VoA goes live.

we are currently actively seeking the following:
Bards!
Beastlords!
1 wizard*
1-2 mages*
(* indicates we would like applicants of this class to have over 2k AAs and be at a minimum full T4 group geared)

We’re right on the cusp of new expansion progression raiding, so now is a great time to apply – just visit our forums.
